Charm Thai Wembley

Bring on the fire trucks. Someone must have struck chilli. I want what they had. Ours were neither spicy nor hot. Reminds me of asking for local hot in Singapore in my school boy accent. They started sweating, thinking I was a mad Englishman.Back to Charm Thai Wembley. A smallish restaurant with a charming atmosphere. One wall adorns a great cultural mural, see photo. Outdoor seating is well sheltered, though still cold.Foodwise, no complaint. The rice is fluffy, the beef is easy to chew, and the dishes are generally well flavoured. If you do like a bit of spice.... You might have to ask them to turn up the heat a bit. Careful as you might set off the fire trucks.Seriously, the fire trucks did turn up, which was entertaining. I believe it's a design issue setting off the alarm. The ceiling is like a Bund for heat/steam.

Just opened near us. Lovely tasty food, good prices and friendly staff.

We got two main meals and a rice to share and both were delicious. Light, fresh and so tasty. Will definitely order again

Very delicious and fresh food, quick service and reasonable price. Believe this a real find in Perth and would be challenging best Thai restaurants for the quality of the ingredients, food and portions. Friendly environment with indoor and outdoor seating.

Got Thai beef salad and coconut rice. Very disappointed by the salad, small portion, hardly any cucumber and tomato. Only a couple of coriander and mint leaves. Too much chilli. Had way better and more authentic beef salad in other places
