I just got a new car from Suzuki Rockingham. My dealer was Sam, who provided a great customer service. The procedure and paperwork were straight forward and easy to go through. Sam was very helpful and friendly.I am enjoying my new car now knowing that Suzuki Rockingham will have my back if there is any issues in the future. Thank you very much.

Went to check what they had to offer and got completely ignored by staff, even though we were examining a new Vitara inside and out for more than 15 minutes. Won't bother going again.

Dom makes you feel at ease from the moment you meet him, instantly breaking the mould of the old shonky salesman. He is a pleasure to deal with, nothing to much for him to answer, fix or get for us. Our daughters first new car, her Swift and experience is a memory she will treasure thanks to Dom and Rockingham Suzuki. Worth travelling from Mandurah to deal with the best.

My experience at Rockingham Suzuki was perfect. I couldn't have asked for more. The day was outstanding, with pleasant customer service but also showing the details of the car. The unveiling of my vehicle in the showroom had me in happy tears, that I had bought the perfect car for all of my needs.I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from this car dealership.

I first went to the dealership to look at buying a new car and enquired about a jimny. I asked the salesperson who was a man to give me some more information when he said they take to long to order and walked away. I then went in another time hoping for a different person which it was but he was no better. They had one on display and I asked to look through it while he could tell me some more info. He didn’t even bother to walk down to the car, he stood at the door, unlocked it then walked back into the office. In the end I was actually helped by the Hyundai salesperson to buy a Suzuki car which he was extremely nice. I was told I would receive the car between the months March-July and they would call when it’s 3 weeks away which is fine but now it’s past the point and I have not been contacted. I called Suzuki to speak to someone and received Karen on the phone who was extremely rude and did not care one single bit. I would not recommend this dealership at all!

I just bought a brand new Kona and love it, but without Ashlee at Hyundai there is no way it could have happened! She pushed to get me a good deal on the model I wanted and within my price range. Upon pick up she went through absolutely every gadget in the car to make sure I knew how to use it. She's just a really lovely and approachable person who goes all out to make sure you are well looked after. I highly recommend her!

Purchased a Suzuki Ignis from Rockingham and young sales consultant, Joshua was very knowledgeable and was able to tell me everything about this car. Joshua made the experience of buying a new car very easy and he helped with connecting my phone to the car when we took delivery.
