The vets are always lovely and professional. The service is always fantastic. The only point that I would take a half a star from a 5 star review would be that there's always a different vet, so continuity of care with one vet is not possible. Otherwise, these guys are A+

The Mt clear practice i find to be the best for 1 on 1 with your pet and veterinary. In the past when we have had to make the hard decisions to say good bye to our 4 legged best friends they make it far more peaceful for you and your pet

Had a very sick kitty who they treated wonderfully well. Unfortunately she was too Ill. When the time came to say good bye they treated both her and us with the utmost respect and dignity, even calling us the next day to make sure we were ok. Will be our vet for life

Always take care of pets before and after any procedure. Take time for pets to become familiar with them. Any procedure explained beforehand and then afterwards, how pet reacted to anaesthetic, what transpired.while pet sedated, what to expect.for the rest.of day and what to expect in the.not too.distant future as well as lo g term.

Personal treatment! Part of the clinic on Creswick Road which is very busy. I like the feel of being treated individually. Did let me down on a call back about a stay kitten, but life gets busy for us all.
