Booked an appointment week's prior with a birthday gift 30% percent off . Today when I arrived they were running late and attended to me 45 minutes later. Lady only honoured 20%. The paint job was horrible and the lady cut me several times. No top coat either. Also to add the women started doing shellac on my nails when I wanted normal nail polish. When I told her she took only some of the shellac top coat off and left my other foot.I don't recommend coming Here. They are inexperienced and don't care to do a good job.

I will NEVER EVER have my nails and pedicure here again!!! Absolutely shocking, nails to thick uneven, colour dried up smudged . Had to re-do else where!!!! Please people think about it before attending here. Most of the great reviews must have been family and friends.

This salon was good for a very short period of time. Has ended up like most of the other salons out there - not clean, overcrowded, nail products not lasting on nails.Unfortunately I won't be back and neither will a few others that I had initially recommended.If the owner even cares, they should read all the reviews and take it on board.I have found another nail salon (shop front) based in Keilor East, and only takes bookings, so you will get seen at the time you booked, is personable (remembers who you are), does a great job and well priced( not expensive). I think at the very least we should be seen and our names remembered for the amount of times we visit these salons.

I had a great experience snd am very happy with my nails and I will definitely be going back. French polish perfection.Thank you ladies.

Dodgy dodgy. At the start of the year paid $45 for my daughter’s nails & have now had to pay $65! And it was CASH ONLY. They would not accept EFTPOS. They were also just plain this time around, whereas at the start of the year she had accent nails. Not even a neat job. Will not be returning.

I had a shellac mani/pedi here about a week ago here. These were close to the best I have had. Beautiful shaping and lovely shellac. I don't live local but I will travel to visit here again.

No attention given as looking at next customer in line. Colour was nowhere near what I chose and simply told sample on plastic , don’t expect to be the same. Next time ask us. There won’t be a next time.

I have been coming here for a few years now - when they originally opened it was a great place and I always left happy with the service, but the last few times I haven’t had the best experience. Left waiting long periods, then the service is rushed and the shop is unclean and unhygienic. I had a pedicure today with shellac - the shellac looks like a 4 year old applied it. The nails were cut far too short and filed uneven. I feel like they have lost their way a little, unfortunately I won’t be coming back.

Absolutely appalled with this venue! I have been attending here for a year now and the first time I walked out with leftover filling on my hands, I let it go but this is the third time! I asked why they are sending me out like this and I was told to clean at home. Furthermore, to talk about your customer in your heritage language whilst they are in front of you is the height of ignorance. You have lost my loyalty as I will never return.
