One of the best pilates instructors I have had. Monique is able to offer a diverse range of moves on the mat and reformer alike. Gosford Pilates offers small class sizes which ensure a hands on approach with greater attention to correct form and posture. Location is easy to find and parking even easier. Reasonable pricing with discounts for multiple session packs.

Been coming to gosford pilates for a number of years. It is the most welcoming and non judgemental place around. The classes can be as hard as you need and it's where I have gained strength and rehabilitation. All the teachers are friendly and experienced! Even works for my 70 year old mum, who swears by the strength she has retained to chase/lift her grand daughter.

Can not see myself going anywhere else. Small classes, with Monique focusing on doing the exercises correctly.

Experienced my first pilates class with a reformer machine (only done 1 mat class about 4yrs ago) today at Gosford Pilates run by Monique. Very comfortable class everyone very welcoming and private studio. I will be back!

Emma was a lovely instructor who held such a great class. I haven't been to a reformer class in years and while I wasn't exactly perfect she helped me out to make sure I could still do the movements.

So glad I found this place! Great to be able to duck out at lunch time and get some fitness in. Monique is an amazing teacher too - best Pilates instructor I have had and I have had a few.

Welcoming environment. Not pretentious at all. Monique is clearly knowledgeable, with a lot of experience as she quickly and gently individualised the exercises for myself and others.

This is in relation to my experience in January. I decided to try pilates after much debate and the experience I had with this company has made me not wanting to go back to it. The directions to the studio were super confusing so I called the phone number to try and get assistance. They declined the call the first and second time and finally answering after the third call. I explained to them that I was new and a little lost, the person on the other end was super rude and didn't seem interested in helping me and spoke to me like I was stupid. After getting to the class I informed the teacher that I was new and she put me at the back of the class, barely assisted me and didn't give me a second of her day.
