I needed assistance getting to the top shelf in the bra aisle. Lovely retail staff Lilly came to my aid in getting what I needed. Life is hard when you're a short old lady LOL . 5 stars.

Handy having a Kmart in the Hawkesbury, only a hub store so can't stock the same amount as the large shops but think you can order an item in, replaced the old Target store in Windsor, plenty of parking at rear.

I have tried to buy under wear there 3 times. If you are 12-16 forget it. They never have any and you end up at Penrith K-Mart or Big W. I think you need to look at supply and demand management.

Very disappointed. I did my research Kmart Windsor Khub website said it had in Stock the ankle rain boots my wife wanted plus another pair of boots got to store my wife ask for help and was told don't have any in stocks. So that was a waste of time and fuel. Tried to ring Kmart before we left home but no one could be bothered to answer the phone so drove there hoping but ended up being disappointed. Employees that thing ringing on the counter is a phone TRY ANSWERING IT! There's such a thing called COVID we are trying to keep Australia safe by not going anywhere unnecessary. Will try to avoid your store in the future

I love Kmart. This shop is a great in-between to get a few items.Easy shop layout, polite and friendly staff members.Con..I always find a line up at the checkout and slow service.The staff are always apologetic and very polite but it's quite frustrating that they appear to be short staffed.
