Rather die from no medicine than visit this pharmacy. I hope this business gets shutdown. The owner deserves to be imprisoned for his practices at this bootleg pharmacy.

I’ve been here multiple times as I like to support privately owned businesses, rather than choosing the larger franchises situated on either side of this business, however they seem to express a blatant disregard for their customers as each time I have been treated with little to no respect. I always feel as though the staff are quick to judge and also quite defensive about their actions. It was to no surprise that when I was reading a few of their other poor reviews, they seem to throw the blame on the customer and take no responsibility for their actions in a jump to defend themselves. I was a pharmacist for 9 years and always treated my customers with the utmost respect and kindness, however I feel the staff here are lacking in this. I wish I could have reviewed this business a little more highly but I wanted to share my honest opinion. If you want to support privately owned businesses I suggest heading to the pharmacy on Coleman Parade which is a 30 second walk away, where I always feel extremely welcome.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had the other day. I have been a long standing customer and supported your business for quite a number of years. I was completely shocked when I came in the other day and the owner/ pharmacist of the store showed me such a disgusting, condescending and ill-mannered attitude. I could not believe the level of disrespect I was shown for a small request asked. The pharmacist acted completely unprofessional and proceeded to make unnecessary comments such as personally attacking me by questioning my ability to read English. A simple, I'm sorry but we aren't able to do that for you" would have sufficed. This is not the way to treat customers

Highly skilled pharmacist, immense knowledge and experience, is able to compound medicine - gives very good advice. Asks whether you prefer generic medicine to the original prescribed on the doctor’s script. A real difference in skill sets to most other pharmacies.

Wanted to thank Sammy for helping out my wife with her Covid meds this week. We were desperate to find someone to help us.Sammy was able to get the medicine to us that night and it has been a real life saver.Thanks Sammy.

Absolutely terrible pharmacy. Held a compounding prescription on file and when I called to get it filled they advised they no longer do this. They said they mailed it to me even though i need it now and they would have known that. Why would you not call to come pick it up, or at least call to advise you are no longer a compounding pharmacy. What an absolute joke of a company.

Avoid this 3rd world hovel.Staff took 35 minutes to fill 2 scripts. Talked amongst themselves made what appeared to be personal phone calls, filled other scripts ahead of mine.Absolute garbage service. Staff unapologetic and uncaring when told delay was unacceptable.

My experience has been disgraceful !! PHONE PERMANENTLY engaged, had to get Nurses to ring Sammy's private number -then promise not kept Friday night. Again Saturday morning Nurse had to call again, when nurse finally got account OVERCHARGE !! 20 ANTIBIOTIC TABLETS 2 Scripts should be 2 X $7.30 1 only correct price the other charged $9. 40 so I need a credit of $2.10 How can you possibly charge the extra!! on a normal script My Dr Bosamia wanted me to have 10 days only. Tried to phone at 11.00 a.m (invoice came to nurse @ 10.17) but once again your telephone obviously off hook or not working as permanently engaged. I have never ever had treatment like this from any pharmacy over many years, always received monthly account promptly and transfer paid immediately. So NO RECOMMENDATION FROM ME !!!!!!!

The pharmacist (Mr Choi) is very wise and knowledgable and the medications I need are the same price if not cheaper than at chemist warehouse! I would encourage you to shop local if you can, given the customer service here is very good :)

I'll just be reiterating what many of the other reviewers have commented here when I warn you to steer clear of this pharmacy if you are looking for good customer service. The pharmacist here is one of the most narcissistic and rudest people I have ever met in my life. Save yourself the hassle and visit another pharmacy where you'll actually be respected, not judged, and spoken to like an adult.If this is hard to believe, take a look at the countless number of reviews left here. For each critical review that has been left, the business has responded and put the blame back on the customer. This speaks volumes in itself.
