Melanie is one of the most beautiful souls you'll ever have the chance to meet. Her sessions are guided by what the client wants to talk about, rather than a set agenda.Melanie has a lovely way about helping clients to look inwards to uncover what lays under the layers of one's self, and to discover the answers for themselves.Every session comes with absolutely no pressure or judgement, an understanding that we are all a product of our own environment, and that it's not what happens to us that matters, but how we handle it that counts.Thank you so much for everything you've helped me through Mel. Mel was the first and only therapist I ever saw and I am confident that she is the only therapist I will consult in the future. Mel creates a very safe space and allows you to be vulnerable and open about anything. She had great and practical advice for every issue that I presented and I left every session feeling clearer in my mind and like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. The things I learnt throughout our sessions were very valuable and honestly things that I will consider for any issues I face in the future.

I started seeing Mel on a weekly basis in June of 2020. She has been, quite literally, my saving grace this past year. All of our sessions have been via FaceTime as I live in Sydney and Mel lives in Adelaide, and yet her warm and nurturing presence was always felt, despite the distance. Mel always created a completely safe and non-judgmental space for me to express and release everything I was feeling or going through and she has always gone the extra mile for me. Her kindness and generosity blows my mind.I think the best part about therapy with Mel is that she made the experience personal, and I knew that she was truly invested in my growth and healing.She’s one of the best people I’ve known in mylife and I could not recommend her more.
