No customer service". Just young

On Thursday the 26th of May we were beautifully serviced by Sophia. She was so friendly and helpful, providing advice and support throughout the whole experience. Especially on such a busy late night shopping day. She deserves a pay rise!!

Absolutely putrid customer service from the joke of a person you have managing this store!!!! Gathering by the other reviews on here, I am not the only one who thinks so!! HR time to do your job because you will and have lost customers, I refuse to ever enter any of your franchises ever again to avoid being treated the way I have by her!

Clothes are fairly decent but customer service is poor. Was told in a rude tone of voice that we couldn't wear a particular clothing item for no reason. Make sure not to talk to customers un-politely even if you've had a bad day xx

I had awesome experience at valleygirl. Very beautiful clothes in reasonable prices.

Very rude staff. Store manager is racist and bullies everyone

The clothes are poor quality, often breaking or threads pulling after 1 wash. Yes they are cheap but I don't think buying a $10 top is worth it when I only get 1 wear out of it.

The Manager at Elizabeth Valley girl doesn't deserve the job as she doesn't know anything about customer service! I walked in with 2 other friends. We were trying clothes on and putting away the ones we didn't like. She already was rude and made a remark about not putting it away correctly and took 1 of the untried item away. When 1 of my friends went to show the other one where she got it from, the sales assistant (later told was manager) stormed into the trial room and took all my friends clothes that were untried away along with a jacket we had walked in with which was also from valley girl and muttered we are only 2 staff and can't keep up with these piles of your clothes. When they got back we asked another assistant where she was as she took personal clothes away too and she just said to wait for her to come back while she tried to look for the jacket. The manager returned and the assistant found the jacket in rack with jackets on sale, we stated the one without tag and with stain on sleeve is ours and we're simply told we can't believe you as many clothes are without tags here. We claimed to check CCTV and she just said it is not that simple. The manager first denied taking anything from trial room and then complained this what happens when you take more than 5 clothes per person and create a pile and you can't take 10000 things to try. There were barely 9 items between 3 girls! They finally returned the jacket and we left without purchasing the stuff we had actually liked. One of the sales assistant was pregnant and the other was manager complaining about not having enough staff! It is not our fault that you are not having enough staff capable to handle clothes pile which is their job on a Saturday! The whole time both of them were extremely rude and making accusation without cause! Extremely bad experience at Valley girl!

I accidentally spilled my iced tea on the floor and let one of the girls know about it and offered to help clean it up and she looks at me and says are you fricken serious" she then proceeds to walk over and doesn't ask but tells me to get on the floor and pick the ice up (I am 8 months pregnant) I do it and as I get up to throw it in the bin she goes "uh and you can get that bit too" point to a tiny bit of ice the mop could have cleaned up. I feel really abused and hurt by the way I was treated by staff today."
