Always be weary of people that want your money upfront. Have lodged a complaint with consumers affairs about there so called contracts that they continually break.

Went down for a free consultation today, the studio is looking a little worse for wear which made me a bit wary, but the staff member who greeted me was relaxed and personable. Mark, the fellow who ran me through the process and assessed my condition was excellent. There was no hard sell, no attempts to emotionally manipulate me. His presentation was straightforward, intelligent and thorough. He was realistic and took care to ensure that my expectations of the treatment were realistic.

Not impressed with the management at South Melbourne currently;Significant delays with the product orders.Responsibility taking is close to zero.Communication failure andCustomer service is the worst.Considering different products/company or Continuing directly with Prof Sinclair and cut the middle man.

Found the place ( barely) signage completely faded and the building in a grotty state and seemed to be no more a storage den.The specialist, completely arrogant and abrasive. Hard to believe someone with his lack of people skills would be in charge.
