I have never booked anything through hello world Booval and have no intentions of ever booking any holidays through them again as I booked a trip for next September with them and had.to pay 500 deposit and another 1500 hindered this week but unfortunately my mother's knee went on her and she needs to have a knee replacement so we had to cancel and was told it's not their policy to refund any of your deposit well I think its disgusting they can take your money so far in advance and have to refund you anything would not recommend hello world to anyone
