Although my order was correct and tasted alright. The customer service was atrocious. I know someone having an accent isn’t their fault. It’s when they have an AirPod on their ear talking to a friend I’m guessing, that makes it hard to know if they are talking to me or not, and when I didn’t respond to the question “do you want salt and pepper” because I thought she was talking to her friend, she got angry at me for not answering her question. Maybe next time you are serving someone, take out your AirPods and take your job seriously and give good customer service

Not bad for taste and toppings consistency. Would rather have not asked for extra cheese if it was going to push the total for a foot long an extra couple of dollars.

I ordered food from this restaurant today via Menulog. Firstly the driver was 25 mins late which is unusual since the restaurant is 5 mins away. Secondly, the sticker on the paper bag was undone which was also strange. Then when I took the subs from the bag, the stickers were loose on these aswell. The food had obviously been tampered with by the driver. When I rang the restaurant to complain, the lady told me to complain to Menulog when actually Menulog instructs you to ring the restaurant. So this lady didn’t want to take any responsibility or replace the food. What a horrible store with no compassion or integrity towards their customers.

Very bad service... Girl name i think Gagan..(dark complexion) very rude..no hygiene and do not care about vegetarian people ..used same gloves for veg people as well.. busy in talking with other staff member...worst experience.. i recommend not to go there and eat..she was looking tired and seems like not interested in making sub ........

Probably the rudest staff members I’ve ever experienced at a Subway store. Walking around singing and talking at the top of the voice in their native language, too focused on that to get the orders right and then when you correct them, they’re customer service really goes down the drain…. Further down the drain.

Asked for the smallest salad for my son, he choose only 3 vegetables so I asked them to top the salad up with the vegetables we had chosen to make it up to the small size. She proceeded to and than upon paying she charged me for a large. When questioned she was rude saying it was made and nothing she could do, and I wasn't getting my money back. The poorest rudest Customer service I've ever come across. Re train your staff on Customer service.
