Bought a new $3500+ coffee machine. When we purchased a replacement key for the machine it didn't fit. Now Steve refuses to talk or stand by his product. Never dealt with someone so unprofessional. Avoid.

Ordered a hire machine from these guys in March and have been nothing but impressed with the service since. We had some early teething issues which were dealt with very promptly by their friendly and knowledgable technicians.And Chloe in the customer service department is nothing but helpful, very prompt with responses and ensures we never run out of the quality coffee they supply.Keep up the good work.
