I recently purchased Humminguru Record cleaner from Paul at Groove Audio.The whole exp was wonderful, Paul took the time to explain me the pros and cons of the product and took keen interest to know my entire system.He’s clearly an audiophile first then a businessman.I certainly would recommend a purchase from Groove Audio.

I purchased the Humminguru record cleaner at first, and collected it in store. To my surprise, Paul spent a lot of time teaching me how to use the machine, as well as sitting down and sharing his music. He was more like a friend to you than a purely businessman.Then when I wanted to upgrade my setup (preamp, amp, speaker), he spent time discussing with me about my budget, songs i listened to, and my preference to the sound etc. and found the best combo for me within my budget.If you have anything in doubt, simply message him and he will reply to you in a timely manner every single time!I 100% recommend purchasing any hifi equipments with Groove Audio, and if you get chance, go in store and chat with Paul!

I found Groove Audio whilst looking for Meze Headphones, as my first experience i was able to see the site was safe via google. I discovered Paul while I was searching for an ultrasonic RCM. We kept in touch after my purchase, and about three weeks ago, I contacted him for a bespoke dust cover for my turntable. My experience with him throughout has been enjoyable. He listens, offers suggestions where appropriate and is very customer-centric. Most important, I'm stoked with both of my purchases. The custom-made dust cover met all my requirements, was very well packaged and arrived within my given time frame. I would recommend Paul and Groove Audio without hesitation and wish him all the best going forward. We need small independent businesses like Groove Audio and people like Paul in the Hi-Fi space.

Paul came to my Apt.to assist with fitment of new cartridge on my Project tt.I didn't want to damage the tonearm wiring removing the old one,and I wanted itprofessionally set-up.He was thorough in setting up my turntable to get very best out of it,and I'm happy tohear an improvement with my vinyl playback.Paul charged less than quoted,and even went to get a felt mat I needed and returnedpromptly with it.Very much recommend Paul for tt and other hifi needs.

Wonderful helpful friendly people to deal with at Groove Audio and they sell a great range of products including the HumminGuru Ultrasonic Vinyl Record Cleaner which I have just purchased and used. I must say that I have cleaned a number of records now including old and new and even though I cleaned these same records with a more expensive vacuum record cleaner (which is good for cleaning really dirty grungy records with mold), the HumminGuru always made the records it cleaned sound better on my system. My system is all valve based and is a very neutral detailed sounding system so I can hear any changes to sound be they good or bad but in each case of cleaning a record on the HumminGuru it improved the sound in a good way to make the music so much more realistic even with brand new records. The strange thing is, new records always come with dust and contaminants in the grooves and it is a great idea to clean them on the short auto cleaning/drying cycle on the HumminGuru which will make them sound better and prevent the dust from getting your stylus dirty, it is also recommended to fill the tank with distilled water and put a single drop of Groove Washer G-Sonic Concentrate cleaning solution in which will help to remove the contaminants and clean away the dust (yes dust on new records due to the manufacturing process!!) so it will play and sound the way it is meant to sound. I recently needed a special order for an open bed computer test bed. An unusual order but I am certainly very glad I di so.
