Used this carwash twice now and both times did not clean well below knee height, especially behind wheel arches. For a supposed deluxe" wash at $14 not good enough for anything more than vehicles already mostly clean to start with

This is the worst car wash I’ve ever used. Do not go there! It actually made my car dirtier and looks terrible. Can’t find owners details online. But they need to contact me to provide a refund. I’ve actually just been cheated out of $18.

Took my car through the laser car wash $16...When it dried it was full of streaks..I went back to show show them..but can't find a contact number..to tell them...I wanted to tell them their machine needs looking at... I wanted to show them my car.. I wouldn't go here.. and can't contact them.. now looking at all the other reviews seems they don't care...

Very rude and aggressive attendant today. Tried to make all the cars tailgate each other!! Way out of order coming close to the window and ordering me to move, when I was about to anyway!! WTH Let people just wash their car without your aggression man…Calm down..

The whole bottom half of car didn't even get wet. Pricey if it had worked, a waste of money since it didn't.

I'm not sure it's washing as well as it should be. I did the basic wash and I still had grime on my car. There was even still soap running down the side of the car after I had left, so looks like it's not rinsing properly
