We initially had Anita at the start of our tenancy and she was great to deal with, Kristen took over later on and was brilliant to liase with if we needed anything sorted.We truly enjoyed being their tenants and were sad to end the agreement but we found our forever home.Highly recommend to seek their expertise for your housing requirements.

Kristen was professional, easy to talk to, responded to emails and queries quickly, made communication between us and the landlords super easy and was always happy to help! The owners have been wonderful and stood with us in the time we needed help the most. Honestly, we are humbly obliged for their help and it feels like home. Absolutely amazing! Never once had a problem with my rental! Kristen was absolutely amazing and very professional! Lovely at rent inspections and very understanding with my little one as she came into the house through out the inspections! From the home open I felt welcomed and well looked after.

We have been tenants with Wellington Barber since January 2022. Not only has Kristen been very nice and efficient to deal with, but she has also gone well above and beyond her duties. When we found our house was being sold by the owners, Kristen so graciously fit us into another house that suits our needs, in a similar area, in a similar price range.In addition, I have also dealt with Murray and Jessica who are very polite and easy to deal with :)Wherever we can, we would like to continue to rent through Wellington Barber and hopefully buy a place of my own some day through Kristen as well.
