I had the best experience with Yorkshire Property. They deserve 10 stars.We rented the same apartment for almost 5 years, being Jessica our main agent. I would recommend the agency to anybody planning to rent with no headaches. They are extremely professional, honest and organized. We would receive by emails with notification of all important things happening in the building, notice of inspection, receipts...Our requests were always addressed. They are respectful and conciliatory, always trying to balance between the owner and the tenants. Certainly having Jessica and Patrick as our agents was one of the reasons that kept us in the building for all those years that we lived in Melbourne and, if we eventually return, I will seek their services again.

Was a tenant for just under three years. By far one of the best real estate agents I've experienced. Excellent communication, professional and just nice people. Quick to respond when I had questions and always ensured anything that went wrong with the apartment was fixed promptly. Yorkshire were also very supportive during the COVID lockdown.

Yorkshire Property managed the property that I leased. They allowed me flexibility after my 1 yr lease expired to stay on a rolling contract as long as I needed. Communication was good and they inspected when they said they would
