Love the Derby and Cup days here. Brilliant little track with sensational views from the grandstand.

Elwick Racecourse
Elwick Racecourse is a great venue for those hoping to have a large get together. Their is a main room with a large view of the surrounding racecourse. There is also available food and a bar for events, as well as a dance floor. There are also front seat benches outside.

Went for a corporate event.Caterers spilled All the food everywhere in the foyer and on the escalator, and we're clearly upset, swearing non stop and throwing a toddler tantrum about it.The AV equipment kept crackling and phasing in and out which was distracting at times.There was bottled water on the tables which was the only thing available, glasses were clearly straight out of a dishwasher and hot to the touch, which meant the water was warm and not nearly as enjoyable or refreshing.Not somewhere I'd be recommending for anyone asking for a corporate function centre.

Excellent facilities. Large, glass, air-conditioned pavilion looks out over the track with a spectacular 180 degree view of the water and the mountains as the perfect backdrop. Food was exceptional. Vegetarian spring rolls and pork dumplings were delicious. Lamb cutlets were seasoned and cooked to perfection, and greek salad was beautifully refreshing. TV on each table makes gambling off track super convenient.

Friendly staff and great Lamb Roast.Easy to move around and good seating etcLovely outlook.The only thing that needs to be improved is the entrance to the Building itself.
