Highly recommend Katie Pickering and Molly Rogerson! They have managed our property on two separate occasions now and we would not go anywhere else. In particular Molly is super efficient, responds very quickly, is highly organised and though she has many other properties to manage in her portfolio, she makes us feel like we are her only landlords. Katie and Molly are highly knowledgable, honest in their appraisal and we know we are in the best of hands.

Myself and my partner were tenants of a bayside property, managed by Hodges Sandringham, particularly by Molly Rogerson. I cannot speak highly enough of Molly and her attitude/approach to her profession. She is extremely efficient, responsive, helpful, polite, kind and all round lovely to deal with. Molly assisted us immensely when dealing with a very difficult, ignorant and daft landlord, and the exit transition when leaving the property was the smoothest I have ever experienced. Couldn't recommend her services enough, and thank you for absolutely everything you have assisted us with, during our time with Hodges Sandringham.
