Ipswich Kia Service

Called 3 times and left messages, got a return call 3 days later, put in for a 20k service, entertainment system update and to fix a jamming door, barely got the service completed before I had to pick up the vehicle, said they'd email the service report through, been 8 days tomorrow and still haven't received it. Called twice and left messages to get the email (to be fair, this was around lunch time on friday)

I've had my Kia serviced at a few different Kia Services in and around Brisbane, but just had a service at Ipswich Kia Service and will definitely be back. Wonderful, friendly staff and it felt like they actually took the time to service the car properly and even picked up an issue that I can get rectified through the remaining warranty. 10/10 recommendUpdate: had to take my Kia in for the issue mentioned above once the part arrived and got exceptional service once again.

Follow up to my response to Kia Ipswich.We finally got our car back. As I stated in my review that our service experience has been pretty poor with Kia Ipswich, but, even then, I considered to remove the review I posted, after your service manager insisted my husband to remove it.But, it looks like I was not wrong and your service is indeed so poor. We were told that car has been thoroughly washed which we believed. We opened the car’s boot and not to our surprise, your service mechanics forgot to put the parts back which they opened to fix the car issues.Please see photo below that engine guard which is supposed to be guarding the engine, is sitting in our car’s boot with dry leaves and loose screws all around it. It seems like car’s boot was used as a bin for two weeks period when it was with your service Centre.I don’t know how you are going to justify this as this is purely your service department’s job and a very basic thing, when you open a part, you make sure you put it back. I will be even more scared to drive this car now as I am not sure which other parts are being left open and unsecured, which are not obviously visible to me.We now have to do another trip tomorrow to get it fixed. I hope you won’t take two more weeks to fix it.

Awesome thorough service, provided a loan vehicle while my car for the day, found warranty issues I wasn’t aware of, friendly and helpful staff…

Good service by the technicians and service advisors but don't try and call the Service Manager" to discuss a denied Warranty issue as he doesn't return your calls or respond to emails from KIA Australia on the matter.Being bounced between KIA Ipswich and KIA Australia as neither of them will actually take ownership of the issue. I'm always very happy whenever I visit Ipswich Kia Service. Easy to book in, friendly staff, and great customer service.If I've ever had an issue they're happy to assist even when strapped for time. After many bad experiences else where, it's refreshing to find somewhere that I'm happy with time and time again.Thanks!

The young bloke with the Beard and glasses had exceptional customer service. From drop off to pick up it was smooth.

Best place to get your car serviced. Friendly staff and will do anything to look after you.
