Purchased AMD headband masks for $230 that ended up being so tight they were unwearable - wrote to AusMed who confirmed that was an issue they were aware of but they offered no refunds for open boxes (even though the masks themselves are individually sealed which they sell on their site). How can I try on a mask without opening the box?? Also, why are they advertising comfortable more breathable" masks if they are aware they are actually unwearable and have lots of customers trying to return them? I had to go through an incredibly lengthy refund process to do not recommend at all."

I cannot talk highly enough about this company. I purchased 2 boxes of the AMD P2 masks as we were travelling to the US. The post office sent me a text letting me know they had been delivered but they had not. I contacted AusMed and they informed me that the post office was having some problems but they had been sent and would be there in the next day or two. Unfortunately we were flying out that night, when Paul found out about this he jumped in his car and personally delivered two boxes to me in the city. Extremely grateful and would recommend this company to anyone!

I bought box of AMD P2 Masks and Some of N95 BYD From this company they really helpful and efficient. Roger the warehouse manger is really nice guy reply my email really quickly and send the parcels out by express I receive on the second day. What a wonderful service. Quality products and outstanding service.I have been using AusMedHealth P2 AMD masks with Headbands for five months now after upgrading from N95's with headbands (purchased elsewhere). It is worthwhile noting on my first try putting on the P2 AMD HeadBands mask I could only wear for few moments and then took off straight away as I found it just too difficult to breathe. I had heard of P2 masks increased breathability and being Australian made and found it surprising I was unable to wear it. I set them aside and after three or four days tried on again and found instead I was absolutely fine breathing/wearing them and then wore for several hours in enclosed settings and found them far more comfortable with a more secure sealed fit and noticably much more breathable than the N95's I wore prior.This likely is a given for some like myself being new to maskwearing to do with body and breathing adjusting to wearing or upgrading to a different mask and not having had previous familiarity with the varieties of masks on offer in general. HealthCare workers make it look easy wearing day in and day out higher grade masks for longer periods of time does not mean it is easy though it may appear so. It is a testament to their dedication to provide HealthCare to all as well as a requirement of their job to do so.The P2 AMD headloop masks are not only super comfortable cupping chin and confident seal below eyes and nosebridge which is securely sealed once pressed down for maximum protection from viruses such as Covid. I have been more than impressed with their durability in wearing them and in enclosed settings where others are not wearing mask also. They have been brilliant in protecting infection of covid. I cannot speak highly enough on the quality design and comfort of the P2 AMD Headloop mask.Their Surgical Face Masks up to Level 3 are of a much higher quality in construction with a more quality seal around nose bridge and more comfortable and breathable to wear than previous surgical masks I have worn.AusMedHealth have the top of the range masks available in their various designs and effectiveness one could need, want or hope for at exceptional value price wise.There is a mask available in their range that would suit and be comfortable and give a wearer options and possibly be interchangeable given the environments, circumstances, situations, practicalaties, realities and time requirements of wearing masks where useful.Their childrens mask great fit/ quality/comfort//practicality when handy/needed and super great value and I have not seen elsewhere.I have also been using their Hand Sanitiser Gel Wash which is bliss to use on hands and a pleasure to use not leaving hands dry but soft instead which is a great relief on skin.The team at AusMedHealth are genuine in providing professional, friendly, reliable and efficient service looking after your needs and your order be it small or large scale organisations or personal use.
