After having an appointment I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours. Once I was finally seen by an accountant I had a very average experience with them doing my tax. 2 weeks later and I receive a call saying they still haven’t processed my tax return and that I would need to come and sign more documents and have to wait a even longer. After talking to another accountant I’m never racking my business here again
