Thankyou for the wonderful attention I received on 11/1/2021. I am so happy with the 2 wigs that I purchased and only wish I had got a couple more. I will certainly be back at a later date.

I highly recommend this store, the range of products are amazing and the staff is very friendly and accommodating, even going to extra lengths to help me find what I was looking for, thank you.

Some compassion wouldn’t go astray! Being a wig and hair piece shop I suppose you would deal with many women, men and even children with medical issues, emotions running wild and people feeling very insecure and fragile.Firstly sorry for being such an inconvenience... we have never been into your shop before as we have never needed to. As soon as we walked in we were made to feel uncomfortable for bringing in prams (which we easily could have put back into the car and would have if you had given us a chance to get that far without being so abrupt and rude) yes it could have been a tripping hazard and we would have understood had you said it in a genuine way.Secondly maybe it’s not ok to suggest a woman trying on wigs whom will soon be loosing her beloved hair due to a very new cancer diagnosis do it alone and then parade through one end of the store to the other to show us her daughters (whom couldn’t be in the room with her due to having babies with us)Thirdly to act shocked that that said woman runs out in tears because of your manner. I have never raised my voice to an elder as I was not bought up that way however I wish I could have said what was on my mind.Lastly... thank you for then watching us struggle to get out the door with our stupid prams to our upset mother while you just stood there watching.While this was never going to be a “fun” experience you made it a horrible one.People with a new cancer diagnosis or rather any medical problem that sees them loosing their hair or not having any and actually needing a wig or head piece should be treated with compassion and dignity especially while they are feeling so vulnerable.So anyway sorry that you felt the need to groan and be so abrupt... Im sorry that you are a mean person. I’m sorry if you were just having a bad day. In fact i’m sorry we even came in at all! We will not be recommending you to anyone at all. Hopefully your having a better day tomorrow.

Absolutely fantastic, these ladies know how to be patient and kind and fitted me with the best wig from my needs. I’m so impressed and grateful. And I look fabulous. Thanks ladies

The staff have been very caring and helpful and know their products really well. I love my new wig which was priced very reasonably. My husband came with me and they were very happy for him to sit in on the fittings. I highly recommend.
