Super condescending sales guy, please don't shame buyers for buying at the bottom end of the market. Nearly had my mother in tears. Plenty of places to buy vacuum cleaners, go somewhere else.

James and George at the Kotara store are very helpful and informative. The Sauber vacume cleaner is fantastic and lives up to the expectations, easy to use and cleanes far better than what we had in the past, what was supposed to be top of the range. Very happy.Thank you guys.

Basically selling expensive products that don't last despite their guarantees. No offer for refund. Purchased vacuum robot for $1500 got possibly 50 uses out of it, it had no more than 12 months of use. Kept breaking down, eventually after 'servicing', Godfrey's declared they didn't have the part anymore (it had only been 3 years old). The salesperson said they 'can't be beaten on price', but they sure can be beaten on quality and value. The salespeople sure know how to sell vacuums but don't know what to do with them when a problem occurs. I try to support speciality shops, but no longer Godfreys.

Purchased a robot vacuum as a click and collect.For some reason the purchase didn’t go through but was charged. They were so helpful and worked quickly to refund the error. Ended up buying it in store and it is the Best Buy! I’ve bought all my cleaning products through Godfreys and they have always been so helpful. Even with repairs very fast turnaround time.

Called in to enquire about a charging plug replacement. Godfreys couldn’t help me, but tested and confirmed mine was faulty, and directed me to where I may buy one!Great service! When needing a new vac, won’t hesitate to shop here.

I ordered a vac for click & collect when my old faithful died this morning.It was ready and waiting for me however guy in the store suggested I might not be entirely happy with my choice and took the time to demonstrate why he felt another model would be a better choice for me. Extremely happy with the performance of the vac I brought home. Very helpful and informative in store.

I recently had the BEST customer experience ever - I only wish I know the name of the staff member to commend him publicly.My husband and I were exiting our car outside of the store, and I was holding an empty vacuum bags' cardboard box I took with me for reference to the store, so I know what brand I need to buy. The guy inside noticed the box in my hands before we even entered the store, and while we were approaching the customer service desk to ask for and buy this item- he produced it and placed it in front of us, casually, like a magician. :) Plain awesome!

Bought a vacuum from this store a few months ago and have been back regularly for replacement bags etc. These days good customer service is increasingly hard to find so it was a breath of fresh air dealing with Mick and James both going out of their way to make my shopping experience five-star with each return!Extremely knowledgeable and professional customer service!Highly recommend! :)
