The most amazing furniture showroom in Sydney

I purchased the most divine CH336 dining room table during one of Cult Designs sales. The piece is perfect and what I’ve dreamt of having in my home for a long time.Josh from Cult Design made the experience of purchasing this table all the better. Gentle, accomodating and super helpful. He was even sweet to follow up post delivery to ensure the table made its journey to us in one piece and unscathed.Highly recommend this store for fab international designed pieces. I’ve shopped here three times now for Danish pieces and will be back again.

Service was excellent, although I havent purchased anything yet but everyone was helpful. Just wished price information can be listed without quotation every item.

Great show room...furniture and light fittings are absolutely stunning. The first time I ordered furniture through them, they were fantastic...however, the latest order, the service has been absolutely horrible. It took over two weeks for them to inform me if they had a bench in stock and once confirmed it was, it took another week to get an invoice so that I could collect it. Also ordered light fittings (at the same time back in March) which I was originally told would be arrive in May. I received a note in late May saying they were delayed due to Covid reasons which was completely understandable and that they wouldn't arrive until late June. Got another email late June stating they wouldn't be in until late July. Finally in August as I hadn't heard anything further I contacted them and they had arrived. It took over two weeks to get them transferred to the showroom for collection. Then when I collected, the light fittings and cords were not in the box..only the light shades! Yet to get sorted, the process has been extremely frustrating, especially given it is such a high end store.

Great selection of brands and pieces, but poor online experience. Our order was delivered a month late (not their fault) but we had to follow up multiple times for any update. When the package finally arrived, it was incomplete. It's been a week and we still don't know where the missing piece is. Disappointing.

Amazing showroom space for event hosting, not to mention the beautiful furnitures and creative pieces. Friendly staff and helpful just to be in the presence.

Sadly, We need to report that after three months waiting, our new sofa arrived with scratches and dents in the leather well beyond what would be regarded as natural" No joy from Cult just an email comment that this is how it was made and delivered and tough! Most expensive leather option purchased..and what could pass as floor stock turns up! Not good and suggest you be careful with your purchases from this outlet.An update.
