Terrible customer service. They promise a clean apartment but when I came to the place a rent for 12 months it was everything dirty. When I call back to see if the agency could send someone to clean the apartment , they said I should clean it.

Andrew was extremely professional, compassionate and he achieved a great sales price for my property. In the lead up prior to selling my house, Andrew always kept me up to date with the property market and price range expectations. His knowledge of my area is great, his thoughtful approach to Customer care was exemplary and he would talk through various situations with confidence and keep me at ease, knowing that I am in good hands and displaying trust.I would definitely use Andrew again in both buying a property for his knowledge of the Real Estate Market and for selling my next house.
