Trader Electrical

I've been using Trader for a few years now - I was over the other blokes and needed a change - been happy so far. Saw their boss - Simon Gerard speak at an event and it made sense - they're trying to bring back the Service and Passion that's been lost from the industry. Trader was started by the family that originally built Clipsal.Their Flat Cat is awesome and got me moving after slimline disappeared. Also starting to use their Powermesh too - and this is really opening up new business opportunities for me. They'll go the extra yard for you when you need them.

100% happy with all products from Trader.From the powerpoints to the J-boxes (which are hands down the best and I won't ever stop using it).I will continually use Trader with my business Proper Electrical.

Fantasy products GSM offer!

Nothing but problems with their switches, a very poorly designed and poorly made product. I've just fitted off a whole house with Trader gear and there have been multiple issues with switch internals. Their switches are far more load sensitive than other brands so forget doing anything fancy with them. They can't even put uniform colour LED's in their switches, dimmers are blue and on/off are white so when you install them you will have a mix of blue and white LED'S all through your house instead of one uniform colour. Only one LED indicates on in dual switching applications.
