We can’t recommend Nikki highly enough! We have an 80kg Leonberger who she was absolutely amazing with and managed our giant dog so well. She is highly skilled with dogs and knew how to guide him through the experience of grooming with care and consideration. Great service coming to our home, and we couldn’t believe the transformation in Oscar. We look forward to her visits and highly recommend her to anyone needing a pet groomer in Hobart.

Terrible customer service, first groom for my 2 Maltese shih tzus took 5 hours with me waiting outside for 2 hrs. 2nd time 1 hr late. 3rd and final time I got a message saying on our way, 1 hr away so would of been 45mins late. When I said don't bother she tried to charge me for cancelling.

My Llasa Apso is very skiddish and non trusting but Nicollette took the time to identify his worries and worked with him and did an amazing job. She took her time and he was so happy after his session . No muzzle or any stop starts. She is an asset to the dog grooming community . Do yourself a favour and do not hesitate to call up on her services. She also gave a Xmas dog baggie so sweet.
