The Injectables Queen

Today I had a consultation with Laura, what an absolutely lovely lady. She helped guide me with the things I do want to be done, one thing I thought I was after she recommended another treatment due to my muscle and facial structure and this treatment is cheaper than the one I went in thinking I wanted!Laura was a very soft and well-spoken nurse who made me feel comfortable enough to ask questions with very informative answers as well as have a laugh! I am so excited about my appointment with Laura. 10/10 would recommend!

Was a wonderful experience on my first visit for a consultationLaura was gentle, patient and knowledgeable and after telling her concerns of a past problem I had experienced I had trust that I would be in good hands , unfortunately a few days later my face was a disaster. 1 dropped eyelid, filler under eyes was lumpy, mouth drooped so I couldn’t smile, talk properly, drink properly and looked like I had no teeth.When I went back they were very concerned and totally agreed that it was bad, I then had someone more experienced try to fix areas ( eyebrow slightly better) due to more injections, mouth a tiny bit better ( more injections) they then did some laser to try and help. 2 days later ( I thought it may have been wind Chaffe but it was an infection on the injection points, ( which a dr told me)I once again sent photos. Canceled all COMPLIMENTARY laser treatments as I didn’t want that to get worse.The owner then wanted me to drive an hour to possibly have lip filler to help with the droopy mouth but on the day of appointment we both discussed that I was scared and didn’t want it worse as I’m going away to Europe for my dream holiday, she agreed we should wait until I got back.I then got some advice from Drs, injectors and a lawyer and they all advised me strongly to not return as every visit was a disaster.They wanted to give me more injections to dissolve lumpy filler but I have no confidence and didn’t want bruising and swelling so asked for my money back, don’t want them touching me or injecting more stuff into my face. They won’t return my money as they think they’ve done nothing wrong.I’m proceeding with this as I think it’s outrageous that you pay a lot of money to have 3 areas turn into a disaster and then want me to keep coming back for more

Ken was wonderful from start to finish. He explained everything thoroughly and was very gentle. My lips look great, very natural which is what I was hoping for. Overall, a lovely experience from walking in (awesome reception) until finish. I’m looking forward to my next appointments. Thanks for such a positive experience

I had Laura she was amazing, warm and friendly a great experience on the day.I dropped in the day before to enquire and talked to Laura booked.I got home decided I wanted to do the 3rd area the receptionist was lovely and friendly over the phone it was not trouble.On the day I arrived the receptionist made a cup tea it was so nice it is the little things and excellent service long with warm and friendly staff amazing and well done!!!I will be a return customer for the treatments and great customer service.Naomi Williamson

Ok, so I have been getting cosmetic treatments (anti-wrinkle, lip and some dermal fillers) since the age of 18. Fast forward just over ten years and I found the injectables queen, and I am so glad I did.The space is so beautiful and calming. The vibe of the place is very relaxed and I was welcomed by an amazing, warm receptionist who made me feel super comfortable. Nurse Laura is hands down the best cosmetic injector I have been treated by, she was knowledgeable and so gentle (I usually really struggle with lip injections but I couldn’t believe how bearable it was)We had a few giggles and she just made me feel so calm and relaxed which in turn made the entire experience a great one. I would recommend them to anyone interested in getting cosmetic injections. I will 100% coming here for all my cosmetic needs from now on. Thank you so much ladies for making the appointment a really positive experience.
