Very happy with our Cloud 9 Pool! They took care of everything and made the entire process stress free and easy. Found the guys to be very upfront and honest and the team had no problem with our narrow 1.6m uphill access. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Cloud 9 built our pool in 2021 through many challenges of a difficult site with restrictions, short window of access with neighbours, Covid shutdown of construction, delays and contractor shortages. Still produced a stunning pool that we love, and very happy with the quality.They helped with design and ideas to make it perfect.Very happy. Thanks Glen, Rob and Cyrene.

The boys (Rob and Glenn) were amazing from the very first appointment. They were creative and flexible. They worked within the confides of our yards limitations and the final product was more than we could have hoped for. The end result was the most beautiful pool we have ever seen. Highly recommended.

Cloud 9 did a great job on our inground concrete swimming pool. We are very happy with the finished result, especially now the weather is warming up and we can start using it!! Rob, Glen & Cyrene were great to deal with and the workmanship cannot be faulted. We had lots of delays with the rain which is unavoidable but the team at Cloud 9 kept us up to date with the revised schedule and were very easy to contact when we had any questions. We wouldn't hesitate recommending them if you are looking to install a pool at your place.

Cloud 9 designed and built a 8x4 metre in-ground pool with heating and in-floor cleaning. The quality of their work and equipment was fantastic, always responsive to our needs. I would throughly recommend them.

Rob & Glenn were amazing!They provided superior customer service throughout all stages of the design, build & after care. They made our vision a reality with their knowledge & creativity.We had limited access to our backyard that other pool builders refused to even quote on but it didn't stop Rob & Glenn!We are so happy that we choose Cloud 9 Pools. We would (& have) highly recommend to anyone looking for a pool.

The cloud 9 team helped us design and build our pool in a small space where others told us it wouldn’t be possible. They go above and beyond to get your dream pool completed and their customer service during and following the build was exceptional. Cloud 9 were great to deal with from the start. Rob, Glen and Cyrene all deserve 5 stars. From start to finish they kept us updated with the progress of the build. They came to us with solutions to problems that arose throughout construction due to location of pipes and other easements so it made the whole process stress free. They were able to work around a difficult site with easements, sewer pipes and storm water to deliver a custom design that wraps around our rear deck. Couldn’t be happier with Cloud 9 and our new pool.
