BATS Bathrooms

A neighbour in my unit block invited me into her unit to see the remarkable transformation of her two bathrooms. She was thrilled with the results and sang the praises of Bats Bathrooms who had done the work. I realised immediately that I wanted a similar transformation of my dated ensuite with a shower that needed considerable help to drain after use. I have not regretted my decision and, like my neighbour, am thrilled with the result.Gareth and Brittni came to plan the project and my sister and I were very impressed with their ability to come up with a plan that incorporated my wishes and needs with their valuable insights and suggestions.During the next couple of weeks, my sister and I met some particularly pleasant, talented and hardworking carpenters, tilers, plumbers and an electrician. They obviously took pride in their work which was always of a very high standard. They took care not to damage anything in my unit and always cleaned up after finishing their work.Gareth and/or Brittni visited regularly to check on progress and also kept in touch by phone, text or e-mail. On their final visit I was presented with a wonderful gift - a set of expensive towels in the perfect colour for my ensuite, edible treats and a large woven basket.I can thoroughly recommend Bats Bathrooms and am now saving up to get my second bathroom transformed.Helen Climie

From the first phone call to the last site visit this company has been unreal to deal with. We were flooded in February of last year and have only just been able to get our home underway. We have dealt with copious amounts of trades however nothing compared to their team.Gareth and the team treated us with great respect and care during the process. I completely remodeled my ensuite bathroom and couldn’t be happier .We had Brodie, Jake, Jacob, Lester and Troy working at our home . They were the most professional, respectful and engaging team that I ever had in any remodeling job.The quality of the work is outstanding .They worry about all the details and are more than happy to explain things to you.The work went smoothly, from the get go.The whole process from quote to completion was so professional!Yet, it is a family business, they do care and are really proud about their employees and outstanding work quality.They left the house and the bathroom impeccable in the end . Everything was cleaned . They are equally careful during the building as well. Not a dent in any wall or ceiling, dust taken care of and tarps everywhere .Need to get more things to remodel now so that I can work with these guys again!Very impressed.

BATS bathrooms did a double renovation on our ensuite and main bathroom at the same time. From the beginning they were professional and easy to work with. Marty was our main contact and was helpful at every stage, answering any questions we had. All the team were excellent, extremely professional workmanship and took extra care to clean up mess but a big thanks to Tim (carpenter) Esma and Ash (Tilers) for their excellent work and helpfulness throughout the process. Extremely happy with the finished product. Would recommend BATS to anyone that was looking for quality bathroom renovations.

I used Bats Bathroom for our full bathroom renovation. Gareth, Jacob x 2, Chris and Elliot did an amazing job on our bathroom. They were considerate that it was our only bathroom and had to move out for the works to be completed. They finished the major work in 9 business days. It is also an apartment bathroom which a lot of Bathroom Renovations places said they do not do. They accepted the job and worked really hard to get it all done. Our first time bathroom renovation seemed so daunting at the beginning from choosing the tiles, shower accessories to the vanity unit, but once that was done, everything else fell into place. Bats Bathrooms organised plumbers, electricians and carpenters to carry out the work to a high professional standard. We highly recommend Gareth and the team. First time renovating, full remodel including re-sheeting and raising the ceiling. When we told people it would only take a fortnight, everyone said we were dreaming, but it was all done on time. Our bathroom feels like a completely different room, we are very happy with the quality. The project management was great, there was no question unanswered, and even things we hadn't considered beforehand were taken care of, taking any stress completely off us. We will definitely recommend the guys to anyone looking to renovate their bathroom.
