Great service from Phil the Spa Professor! Phil was accommodating during COVID lockdown in Melbourne and kept us in the loop when services could resume. After a small leak with our spa, he re-organised his day and was able to fix the problem on the same day we contacted him. Highly recommend for anyone in the south-east areas. Also, his spa maintenance kit + instructions are very easy to follow.

Phil is great. Saved me $1,400 compared to another local service that wanted to change to whole control system and panel. Phil just changed the PCB, took 40mins. Nice honest Guy. Would highly recommend.

Phil truly is a spa professor! My husband always thinks he can fix everything himself, which is wonderful but sometimes costs us a lot more than employing expertise in the particular field. In this case, he wanted to replace the entire auxiliary heater of our spa, Phil came out and replaced a part in the heater, at a fraction of the price. He definitely knows all about spas and is a wealth of information. Highly recommend! Thanks again Phil for getting our spa up and running before the party.

We had an old inground spa which hadn’t worked for a long time (equipment was all 40 years old). Had Phil around to quote on all new equipment to get in back up and running. Phil was very professional and knowledgeable, happily answering several phones calls from me after he had looked at it so that I could get my head around the set up and how it would all work. We went ahead with the install which was a big job with all new pump/filter/heat pump/controller and the spa works a treat, very tidy installation. I would highly recommend Phil for any spa related works.
