The service on ground level (homewares) is exceptional. Grace (wonderful staff member) went out of her way to locate the merchandise I was after. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Great department store & highly recommend.

Fantastic department store with everything you need from a good sale item to something ultra luxurious. Huge bank of lift that run super fast. Store is very clean and all staff are super helpful and friendly. Nothing is ever a issue. Had zero issues navigating the store in a wheelchair. For street wheelchair access to the store the entrance on market Street is the one you want to use.

“Helen Kaminski” store locates at the level 1 in David Jones department store. And it is a part section of multi stores at this floor.Displayed items are limited with popular items, so checking items you may want to buy should be worthy with staffs.Staffs are professional and helpful.Products are fantastic and elegance as expected.Recommended.

Conveniently located near Hyde Park and St James Station. David Jones is having a sale right now for many of their items. I especially love that they have a Fortnum and Mason section in their food hall, and also the cakes and breads counter.

It's a really nice fancy departmental store, with most of what you need. Many big international brands through to local designer brands, can be found here. The food hall is large and vast, with many eateries also housing themselves here. The entire mall is connected underground to Westfield side of things, through to the train station.They do run promotions from time to time, so do look out for those newsletters.That said, it's more a generic place if you're looking for things, like how a departmental store is supposed to be. If you already know what you're looking for, I'll suggest you go directly to the specialty brand stores elsewhere instead of coming here.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting David Jones, and I couldn't have been more impressed with the level of service I received from Scott. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was top-notch.I had a lot of questions and concerns, but Scott was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of my queries thoroughly.What really stood out to me was how passionate Scott was about his work. He clearly takes pride in helping customers, and it shows in the care and attention he gives to each person he interacts with.Overall, my experience at David Jones was exceptional, and it was largely thanks to Scott. He is an amazing asset to the team and a true professional. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for high-quality products and outstanding customer service. Five stars all the way!

Love to shop at David Jones, they have everything I need, high fashion and food. Staff are helpful and accomodating, they go out of their way to help me, kudos to David Jones! Also, make sure to visit the cafe at the lower level, they sell really nice pastry.

The location of this place alone in the centre of business and retail district, easy to find and everything is accessible by a short distance walk. It is close enough to some big shopping area like Myers and most of the luxury and ultra luxurious store like Zara, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Chanel Coach and many more.
