the staff here are amazing, the tyre fitter is an absolute machine! quickest I've seen!

Below average from what I am used to from this placeDropped a tyre off to get a puncture repair around 10amsaid it would be a few hours and he would call me back. They didn't call me back so I tried calling no one picked up the phone. So I turned up the following morning to find it hadn't been done. Left my details again and again no call back that day tried calling 8 times and no one picked up, finally after 5pm I got a voice mail message saying they are closed. Called in the next day to find it was finshed but still no call back to let me know if was done. Was told their phone system was out of order (that doesn't stop people using a mobile to keep customers informed) Customer service is not what it used to be, I've been a customer for years but doubt I would go back now.

Manager Max was great to deal with, he assessed my needs and found tyres to suit my vehicle very quickly. i was in and out in a timely manner, very happy customer!

Manager was extremely helpful, has a plethora of knowledge and goes above and beyond to ensure all customer needs are met. Will definitely be returning in the future.

I accidentally rang the wrong store but because of how helpful they where on the phone I drove from Cessnock to Chatswood just to get my tyres done

I purchased a set of tires for my VF-SSV. Not only was the manager and staff helpful. They got me a better price and a few options on which tires to select. I took up tire insurance as being a former motorcycle dealer I could readily see the value in the package offered. Apart from owning a bike shop I raced professionally in the Australian Superbike Championships for over a decade. Not much interest for car people but you learn so much more racing than anywhere else. The staff were professional treated my care with respect and cleanliness. After a couple of months I had need of their help with my spare tire. The staff were busy and I was under a timeline myself. So the manager said I will do it. I then started to take the spare wheel out and the manager said don't do that you will get dirty. I was amazed as he dove into the boot and removed the wheel. He also fitted the tire himself and balanced the wheel, let's just say he remembered from the few months and looked after me beyond my expectations with service & pricing. Last week I dropped in on my motorbike with low pressure in front. Once I got the helmet off the manager recognised me and again said let me do it you will get dirty. This manager knows how to keep customers and get good referrals. Even if I was charged more, it is still the best place I have seen in my 50+ years in the area.
