Walked in today for a full hair colour the ladies were patient as I picked my colour. Once chosen the procedure went with ease I've been coming here and everytime I come I'm always getting awesome service. Check this hair salon you won't be disappointed. See you next time ladies (:

Great. I was after a hair cut, didn't have to wait long and love it.

If only I could only not give them even 1 star I would. I don’t recommend this salon as they would let you wait for a long time and will let you know that it would take another hour for you to be accommodated when you already waited for an hour! How annoying. Customers only need your honesty and don’t let your customers wait for nothing.

Kim has cut my hair for many year , the best in the business. Its saddens me that she only works on Sundays these days.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. I walked in and asked for a full set of acrylic nails with shellac and a hair trim with a blow wave. (I even showed a photo). She quoted me $35 for the nails $25 for the hair. (I thought, $35?! She must be in training or something, but I decided to proceed any way) As I’m sitting there, the nail tech kept telling me “nearly done” as she worked on another customer. I patiently waited 45 minutes. This is where it all goes down hill. She preps my nails and attaches the tips. She then tells me she will be doing SNS with shellac design on top. (I asked for French tip style nails but with brown instead of white) I point to the products used to do acrylic nails and told her that I asked for acrylic, she said she didn’t know how to do it. I gave in and let her do her thing so she began with the SNS. 4 out of 10 nails are bumpy. She proceeds to apply the brown shellac to the tips and tells me she doesn’t have the right brush for it. Not one nail has a straight even tip. The same lady then brings me over to the salon chair for my hair cut and begins to blow dry my hair, STRAIGHT. Another lady then takes over for the cut. No complaints about the cut. However, she then begins to curl my hair with a flat iron. By the end of it all, we argued about the price as they wanted me to pay $100 for nails that they could only do, and refused to do what I initially asked for and also for a hair style that was not what I asked for. So, if you want to be over charged for the very limited and unprofessional services that they will give you without asking you first, go for it. Oh, and it’s only been a day and the shellac has already started to peel off. Terrible service and terrible people.

Very friendly service. My hair cut was exactly what I wanted. My hairdresser even styled my hair at the end. She cut off about 4 inches and I only paid $15. Thank you :)
