They are disgraceful and their methods disgusting. I'm the receiving end of their questionable behaviour after the passing of my brother. I was harassed almost daily regarding payment of monies owing. I contacted the bank to release funds for payment. I didn't receive any acknowledgement at all. They are unprofessional and had no right to harass me. I hope the owner of the squallid room is pleased with herself. Money wins over humanity. God help us.

I have been renting a property from the folk at The Professionals Sandgate for over 12 months now and I must say, the staff are friendly, helpful and very courteous. Their maintenance team are are also first rate, polite, helpful and very efficient.. As an aside, many years ago I also rented from them (for over 10 years) and the great service has not faltered from then either. Highly recommend them..

I've never felt compelled to review a real estate company before, but my experience of the Professionals, Sandgate was fantastic. There is clearly a strong belief in a customer service culture because as soon as you walk through the door, several staff are immediately doing their absolute best to attend to your needs. Their knowledge of the local market was excellent, but it was their attention to detail and desire to go above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, which set them apart from other real estate professionals that I have dealt with.

These guys have been the best real estate agents I have ever rented through. From the beginning, nothing was too much trouble and they were always prompt replying to any requests/problems that I had. Renting with Professionals Sandgate was a breeze. We were dealing with Jordan and has been in email trails woth Erin and Rachelle. They're all friendly, straight to the point, and make everything hassle free.Towards the end of our rent, the owner was selling the house we're in. Darren who was dealing with mostly my partner to arrange photoshoot and inspection was pleasure to deal with and very friendly and understanding too.Overall, we were very happy to be taken care by them.

Our experience, returning to Australia from overseas and renting with the Professionals Sandgate, was personal and very efficient. We recommend Jordan as a rep who can get things done, and who treats tenants like they're real people! He's giving the Professionals a good name. If you have a family and need a rental property, these guys are worth a try.
