Shelmar Underpinning
I've had concerns about the foundations of our home for some time but I wasn't sure who to call to find out what needed to be done. After looking through lots of different Web Sites and reviews I came across Shelmar Underpinning. I called in the morning and they came out that afternoon. Carl was excellent. Fortunately for me the slab movement was within tolerance but he identified some drainage issues that needed attending to. I really appreciated his time and honesty.
