All ways get great friendly staff, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences and respectful. Staff have taken the time to learn my name. The lady with the tattoos always asks how I am and makes me feel welcomed. Whenever get something wrong they are quick to admit they are wrong and fix the issue.

The lady with the tattoo is rude and very unprofessional, I asked for a small long black with a dash of milk, she charged me for a large one which was 5.40, I very nicely said I asked a small one, can I please get a small one, she rudely told me if you don’t say anything you are gonna get a large one, she set the eftpos machine or whatever and it was still 5.40 and I very nicely again reminded her that the eftpos machine was still saying, and the barista just jumped and said very rudely that it’s the machines fault not ours, when clearly the staff didn’t change it. They got so petty that the coffee was burned and there was no milk in it. Didn’t call my name or anything when the coffee was ready.Just because it’s the only coffee shop in the uni doesn’t mean you have to act in this manner. We go there because there is no other choice.Never going back again, and I will not recommend it to anyone

I ordered chicken pie here and got beef pie. culturally, I can’t eat beef and haven’t ate since birth. They seemed like out of chicken pie after I paid so they just put the beef pie instead. I even asked them if that’s chicken pie when I recieved. I don’t think this happen accidentally. I couldn’t even go and talk at that time because I did take out. Ridiculous…

Personally, I love this place straight off from the back. Although at times it can get busy and some prices may not seem reasonable, their food and coffee is irresistible. Almost everyday, I get a ham and cheese croissant with a coffee and the coffees taste different depending on who makes them, which I really like because they all have a unique taste. Overall, the people are really nice, have great food, and somehow go through those busy times surprisingly :)
