DON’T EVEN BOTHER. Apparently, they are so busy that they don’t really need any more customers. The phone and sms was never attended. They offer you a spot via SMS hours later. And then tell you on the following day 15mins before the appointing that the spot is taken.

Emailed to book for a spa, had no response within a day. We ended up calling up the resort to book (They emailed back over a day later). We had the Rainforest Romance full body massage and facial package for couples. The girls were professional at all times. We felt refreshed after the session.They don’t seem to have enough staffs to answer calls or respond to emails. I suggest to book through the resort.

Over the Christmas holidays I was lucky enough to visit the Day Spa twice. Both my massage and facial were absolutely beautiful. Truly a relaxing experience. Adele was absolutely beautiful and I love how she aims for your session a complete de-stress enabling you to completely switch off. Looking for to my next visit.

This morning I had the most amazing hot stone massage by Adele. She made me feel so relaxed and calm. I get massages monthly and this was certainly one of the best I've had!Can't thank you enough for the relaxing hot stone massage.Package: Fraser island escape.

My spa pedi was meant to be 60 mins for $105. I reckon it took her 15-20 minutes tops and should have been $30. Will not be going back. Its a good service but just not worth the money. Extremely over priced.
