Refused to allow an exchange of a $1.65 length of heat shrink because it could have been left in a vehicle for the 2 days that I had it. What do they know about the conditions this material is kept after production and during transport and distribution. Store manager is a discredit to the company

Literally the most unhelpful set of incompetent fools I have dealt with in a while. I have been into the shop around 10 times in the last year. Every time I go in there someone is having an argument with one of the staff about them being unhelpful and downright obtuse.This business has made my list of businesses to never use, recommend or contact. Screw these fools.

The most condescending staff I have EVER met!!! My wife refuses to go in.I have been there many time for the my camper solar project. I don’t go there to browse. I go with a list which has been researched. The staff seem to need to show that they know better, what a bunch of tools. EVERYTIME.I’d rather pay double at repco than put up with their attitude!!!Jaycar. You have a problem here. And no. For the 1000th time. I don’t want to join your club!!!

I knew what I wanted when I went there however the sales guy was to helpful by suggesting I didn't need one of the items I went to get.Sure enough I get home and he was wrong,I will have to go back to get item.
