No sense of community, zero flexibilities, please replace them with AI already! Robots will do a better job than your cold and bureaucratic staff there.Often found closed in the middle of advertised working hours.Don't go there if there is another service near you.

Very rude staff. The man works at the post office doesn't know what customer service is. He was very arrogant and didn't listen to my explanation. I finally went to Westfield Hornsby Post Office and got everything done with no issue at all.

Staff not helpful and rude. Went to Post Office at Westfield instead and got my parcel sent with no problems.

I made an honest mistake but the staff sounded condescending as they reprimanded me. Mistakes happen and no one is perfect so we must consider respecting people especially staff who get bullied by customers but unfortunately even as a customer, I have to experience such attitude from employees who are supposed to give you a good service. Not sure if it's their tone of voice or that they were wearing a mask but the old lady's voice grew louder when she realised I had done something wrong like she wanted to shout at me along the old man and the younger lady teaming up to reprimand me (but at least the younger lady was less condescending LOL). Sadly, THEY KNOW PEOPLE NEED THEM SO I DON'T THINK THEY'D BOTHER IMPROVING THEIR ATTITUDE:) I only realised that I wasn't the only one who had a bad experience when I read the other reviews.

I regularly send packages (satchels and parcels) and have found Nathan and the crew to be efficient and reliable. They open on time, process my packages quickly, and charge as per the Australia Post online quotation tool. They have even made suggestions on re-packing that has saved me money!Parking can be a little tricky. The Coles overflow carpark on Wattle St is a short walk if needed.

Always extremely rude service when I ask additional questions regarding tracking or my packages. I will get my packages sent to another post office in future.

I went there to post a package which I always do at Hornsby shopping center and the other post office at the corner but he didn’t accept it for no reason. It was an express post and I couldn’t make it because it was to late to get the other ones. Awful customer service.

Went for Passport application on a Saturday. There was hardly one other customer that had come to pay bill. Was told by the person at the counter that he will not accept application. No reason given. Just a rude NO

Their personality seemed okay but they seem to be bad at finding packages. The whole point of auspost is to deliever, if they lose the package during the delievery, its a terrible service. My package was in the office and they told me they don't have it.

I use this Post Office all the time. The Staff are always polite, knowledgeable and helpful.
