It was a pleasure having Eric from Great City Signs produce our residential block’s signage, and we couldn’t be more happier with the result. Eric did a fantastic job for our business Floorboards Online. We required two hanging signs outside our showroom, an LED lit up interior sign with our full logo plus window signage with our logo and business hours. Once we placed the order the turnaround was extremely quick. Eric installed the signs himself super fast & easy. And his pricing was super competitive! Highly recommend Great City Signs!

Poor customer service.Contacted Eric Horsfield who I'm assuming is the owner only to be provided with no respect and aggressive replies. After contacting Eric and providing our logo, we expected to be sent some designs and other details for the job. Unfortunately, we were given an email that had a poorly demonstrated design of our logo placed on top of our wall, which we sent for reference. It is surprising that after waiting 4 days for a reply this was what we received and in response I had hoped Eric would understand my concern and provide a better follow up email with more professionalism. Rather, Eric replies that he would insist on his initial email and states that If you want me to be unprofessional; I will determine a size with no input from yourself."I believe this to be extremely unprofessional and although Eric has had some great designs and previous jobs this behaviour should not be acceptable in business."
