We were at a point in our family health journey where we knew we wanted to dig deep & start working on the layers of our challenges and to put back together the peices to our complex puzzle,especially for our Son whom has been challenged by food intolerance & side effect symptoms for all of his life.Vashti has been such an integral component to our overall health plan, Her incredibly functional & user friendly service has allowed us to move forward in so many areas of our lives.Our Son has had such improvement in his overall health & wellbeing in turn restoring a greater sense of balance within our family unit.Plus- She's absolutely lovely to work with & we feel truly blessed to have her support on our wellness journey ❤️

Vashti has been my Naturapth since many years, maybe 10. I moved back to France, but luckily I kept my appointments with Vashti, since we can have them online. During our last session, she brought much more to me than my psychologist did in I don't know how many sessions. You're amazing Vashti.

Vashti, from Wellness Advice now is a great Natropath in Katoomba in the Blue Mountains. I had a consultation today for the inflammation in my ankle, and now have an excellent plan of action to relieve my chronic symptoms. She even have my a gel that took the pain away almost instantaneous. I walked out without a limp, for the first time in nearly 2 years. I would not have believed it if someone had told me that would happen. Vashti is very professional and I recommended her highly. So please she could fit me in at late notice.

I visit Vashti regularly for remedial massage. One of my favourite things after my visits is that I can swivel my neck properly to check my blind spot while driving, so that’s my advice: get a massage, it could just save your life.
