Very prompt, did the job quickly and efficiently. Being a Sunday it was a very expensive repair.

We got this company through hi pages after being quoted by another larger franchise company $700 plus call out charge for capping a gas point. Anthony was friendly and helpful and quoted far less. He called Atco gas for me to advise that the meter needed changed and ensured everything was good before leaving. I can see the reviews on here are bad but I really can't complain about these services. He did ask me to sign a form prior to work being carried out which I haven't come across any other readies doing previously.

I have had a really bad experience with this business – the invoice was far in excess of the quote – when in court the court agreed that some aspects of the invoice were questionable – I will certainly never use their services again and advise anybody of thinking of doing this to tread with caution.I note that the response indicated that I lost the court case - that is not the way I remember it - as indicated above the court agreed that aspects of the invoice were suspect - had I had the time I would have pursued this matter further but I decided my time was to valuable to waste and decided that at the very least I would need to provide the honest review so as to prevent anyone else falling into this trap.

Tony arrived at the time stated and he had a friendly and professional manner. We needed to replace the gas hot water system and the quality of Tony’s work was excellent. Also the invoice was as per the quote. We will definitely be calling again for any other plumbing problems we may have.

The bottom came out of our Gas Storage Hot water system over the weekend. We called Plumbing and Gas Services CoThey were around in less than 2 hours later with a hot water system replacement; supplied and installed.Anthony was very professional, no mess was left and the job was done to a high standard.We received all the permit plumbing and gas permits via email after the completion of the replacement HWS.We would highly recommend Anthony at Plumbing and Gas Services Co and will use them in the future.

I've been really disappointed to hear about the service this company has provided my parents. They had a blocked toilet due to roots in the drain and called Plumbing and Gas Services Co for assistance. It must be said the plumber who attended was really friendly and polite. My dad who is in his 70s helped carry the heavy equipment into the house, helped find and dig out the drain access and went as far as making him a coffee for the time he was there. All in an hour to fix and they were charged $550 for it. They thought it was expensive, but were happy it was fixed.A little under week later the drain isn't fixed and they called up again for it to be sorted out. My dad dug out the drain access ready to go and once again helped with the equipment. He went a bit further and cleared more roots out once again it was fixed. He packed up without so much as putting the drain access lid back on and proceeded to charge them just over $150 for that fix which he kindly discounted from $200. My Dad queried the charge as he should have fixed it the first time and charged them quite a bit for it, to which he said it wasn't included and had to charge them. So that's over $700 for 2 pensioners to fork out for a blocked drain!We will not be using this company again.
