I found Steve and his company online when searching to find a supplier to upgrade my solar and have a battery fitted. I received swift service from Steve who evaluated my requirement and provided information on the best system for my needs. He also provided information on upgrades if needed. Once agreed upon he organized a fitter in Hervey Bay and the work was completed shortly after. I have found the system works very well. We had a situation recently where we had a power outage and to our surprise we had battery power supplied to our fridges and other points. I have spoken to Steve since our installation and he is always there and willing to help and advise. I would thoroughly recommend Steve and his company to anybody considering solar products and installation for a great honest service.

Stephen gave us good advice on an economic solution and provided a good price to add a battery (Sungrow) to our solar panels. The installation team run by Robbie McDonald were excellent. Great problem solving for a tricky site. They were quick and professional. Unfortunately, the system discharged the entire battery every afternoon to the grid (AGL confirms). Thus we derived no benefit from the battery nor inverter. Bit of a struggle to get solution. Robbie solved the problem by replacing a part of the energy meter. This has sorted the system. Once working properly it is an impressive solution.

Stephen and the CCS team have really taken care of us. We recently worked with Stephen to tailor a system to our needs, replacing a previous system that had been damaged by hail. Stephen worked to optimise the system design, allowing us to retain the 0.44 feed in tariff and get the most out of the new system.
