The Fur Salon by Rufus & Coco (Queens Park)

Absolutely the only hands I’d leave my baby in, Vanessa is amazing, her grooming skills are fabulous, she also is gentle and caring for a very nervous fur baby. Their individual areas for each dog is brilliant, especially as my Harlem is so tiny and often gets overwhelmed in other salons that allow too many dogs to run free. I also like the size and openness of this protective space, not a cage in sight, well done!

Vanessa is amazing and we feel very comfortable leaving our fur baby in her hands! Whenever we pick up our pup she’s always happy and vanessa does a great groom!

Shout out to Fotios and Vanessa for making my fur-child Apache look, feel and smell amazing! Since his visit he has received many compliments and I have to add, they did the best husky de-shed I have seen.Our 13 year young husky can put on a performance when it comes to being bathed and groomed so their calm and patient nature made me feel super comfortable leaving him with them.

Took my Groodle Tigerlily here for a groom twice so far and both times she has come out looking absolutely beautiful and very happy. Will keep coming back!

I’m so happy to have found this place - my little man loves going there and always comes out happy and handsome. They really pay attention to detail: the booking experience is clear and easy - the communication is fast. The space itself is very welcoming, modern, clean and cosy. I like that you can peek through to the grooming section when you’re standing at reception which is reassuring - you can see firsthand that it’s clean and modern and that the dogs are being well treated. The staff are always friendly, polite and professional. I love taking him there and the biggest testament to them is that he loves going.

I took my Cavalier King Charles here on Saturday. We specifically said not to shave coz we prefer the long haired look. Trim and tidy is what we asked for. We repeated it a few times and said ‘don’t shave just trim pls’ When we got our dog back, it was shaved too short and gave a patchy cut near the ears. For a place that charges premium price, we expected good results. What a waste of money. We’re now stuck with this cut for awhile til it grows back.

Took my King Charles Cavalier to this new salon, the staff were friendly and listened to my request and treated him with the sensitive shampoo. He came out looking fresh and summer ready

Super amazing communication but most importantly the nicest staff going above and beyond to make sure your furbabies return looking the cutest (with their free bandanas), I'm absolutely in love with the great service and will definitely be getting all my dog grooming needs here in the future. They were absolutely amazing. My dogs enjoyed their time there too, they looked super happy and not destressed in anyway, the staff shower the dogs with lots of love and chicken :)

I took my 8 month old labradoodle Eddie to visit Jorge for his 1st full groom. I am beyond happy with the results and service provided :-) We cannot wait to see you again Jorge!!!
