Riverina Caravan Repairs

Rang to request fridge repair. They are very busy, however referred me on to another person who could assist. The fellow on the phone was just lovely and didn't make me feel that I was a nuisance, unlike another caravan place I had rung earlier. I would certainly use them in the future if needed.

Rang to see about getting our gas, hot water and fridge serviced as it is not working properly. Guy on the phone was nice but said that they are not booking anything in at the moment and it will probably be over 6 months, beginning of 2023 before they could do it. Said that he wasn't sure who we could get to do it, the only thing to do was just keep trying places. Polite and helpful but said they were down in staff and had so much work booked in.So travelled to another centre, not too far away. They were very helpful and said that they could help especially as it was to do with the gas because there has been a issue with gas ovens and cooktops. Apologised because it would be a couple of weeks till they could do the job thoroughly. So we will be able to get it fixed and continue our journey knowing that we are safe.

The team at riverina were extremely helpful and personal. As we had trouble with our van they arranged an express delivery of the part required. Were it could have taken over a month to be fixed they arranged delivery and fitting within a few days. Cannot express how grateful we are to them for their service.

I have required the services of this repair group on 2 occassions now. The first time was for extensive repair work to some serious damage to my van. The work was done so professionally and to an excellent standard. I was extremely fortunate that the repair team picked up on other major issues to the van while undertaking the initial repairs. On the 2nd occasion I had to have the awning totally replaced. We were in the middle of travel and the guys had the work approved and completed in less than 2 weeks. I really appreciate their communicating with me through all stages of both the repairs they undertook for me. I have no hesitation in recommending Riverina Caravan repairs to anyone and I have recommended them to several friends who have also had major work done by them

Went in to get our awning replaced. Got messed around with the insurance company who eventually approved the work but the awning that was sent was scratched and dented and the manufacturer refused to come to the party so these guys picked up the tab for another awning - can't ask for better customer service than that. They also did some other work for us and it was great - nothing was too much trouble they were friendly and helpful at all times. Highly recommended.

We had booked our caravan in 5 weeks prior, saying it needed a service and a few repairs done. The man was very unfriendly, abrupt and curt and said that they were very busy and it would be hard to do the repairs, even though it would be there for a week!When it came time for our appointment, they said again that they probably couldn't do the repairs, even though we had said we're travelling for a year and our house is occupied, so we can't just go home.After the week was up and we returned, the service was done, but no repairs, and the man even said to my husband that we can't just turn up and ask for repairs to be done!!We reminded him that we'd told them about the needed repairs 6 weeks ago, and when we dropped it off!So now we have to look for another caravan repair place, that can hopefully do the few repairs in a day, as it's our onlyaccommodation.#nothappy!

Great guys who have looked after our van for its first 2 services, and no issues!!

Would never recommend this business! We had extensive damage to our van and was approved by our insurance company for them to do the work. Was told 3 to 4 weeks but this went to almost 8 weeks as they said awning was on back order. They had known since last October of our job but obviously the awning was never order as they informed us late February the awning was on back order, however on the 15th February we were told everything was right to go and would be finished early the following week. When we finally get the van, they had put a white awning on it whick makes it aesthetically unappealing. My insurer tells me because the van is new, we should have been contacted if tbey could not get the correct awning. Because we are travelling permanently, and cannot wait again, for God knows how long, we have to wear it. Very disappointed with the service (or lack of) provided by this business. Please look elsewhere for your repairs.

Came here unannounced on a Monday morning as we were passing through. Very helpful and obliging and attended to our problem promptly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them
