the store looks very nice and have a great atmosphere. however, the manager could improve her customer service skill, I was finding mint the other day and when I went to the counter she was just not friendly at all, somewhat intimidating almost and just simply pointing to the end of the store. one male employees who was behind her saw my confused expression and offer to show me where it is. the store wasn’t even busy at the time and she was acting like I’m some homeless asking for free food. the other time I came to buy stuff for my store, so I said where I cam from and was asking if there is any bulk discount and she just went like ‘yeah I already know where you came from; there is already a discount on the stuff you are buying’. the vibes is just very bad:/. don’t know how she becomes the manager with her rude and unwelcoming behaviour but hope she improves.

Great fresh produce and selection of meats.I’m really disappointed in the crackers. They have not been stored properly. We’ve now purchased 4 different crackers from Maloneys on 3 seperate occasions. Each time the crackers were stale or had already gone soft, one smelled like a cupboard. They are not fit to serve and ended up in the bin. The reason I didn’t take the crackers back is because the checkout staff are unfriendly and too busy talking amongst themselves. When I went up to the counter I felt I had interrupted their fun, they’re very short and very rude.I want to support local businesses but the interaction with staff and disappointment each time means I won’t be coming back.

Quaint grocery store with upmarket goods, catering to many diverse dietary and health conscious needs

They offer a great range of goods - however it’s sad to see a ‘gourmet’ grocer not offer any organic or at least spray free fruit.

Fantastic boutique grocer, it is definitely expensive but has some great quality products.
