Words can't express the extent of the quality of this practice. The doctors are all very professional, helpful, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable; I can't praise Dr. Kerbi enough, she's a one of a kind doctor.I have been to my fair share of GP clinics, both good and bad. And I trust the doctors and other staff at WFM above them all.The reception staff always welcome you with kindness and will go above and beyond to assist in any way, big or small, without complaint. The staff at the Pathology section always ensure you have a smile and a laugh. No one is ever made to feel judged or disrespected, and the atmosphere feels welcoming and inclusive.The location itself is wonderful. The practice is located walking distance to public transport, has plenty of avaliable parking, and features ramps for accessibility. The wide range of services available on site allow people to get necessary healthcare - such as immunisations or blood tests - without needing to go to an additional location. It is also always impeccably clean. You will never find rubbish laying around the waiting area, and the bathroom is always immaculate and maintained. Plus the layout of the waiting room is also very open, with an outside view featuring some beautiful greenery.I can't thank the staff at WFM enough for their years of quality care and compassion. Honestly, five stars isn't enough.

Lovely old fashioned service

Got here 2 minutes before my apt which was at 1:30pm they said a minute late I wouldn't be able to see the doc till almost 5pm so I get here in time and it's been almost 40 minutes and I'm still waiting whilst people walks in and out with apts after my time.

Doctor seemed very uninterested and lazy. Receptionist was extremely helpful though.

Dr Niranjan Gauchan is professional, helpful and friendly.
