Very cheap for the repairs I needed ($280 for a HP Pavilion laptop screen repair compared to $300-400 for other places I looked at)Gunter was very friendly and polite both in person and on phone, however service was slow as he was about an hour or two late to pick up the laptop and a day late to return it and wasn't that responsive, which soured a mostly pleasant experienceIn all honestly I would have given a 3.5 rating for the overall service, but since Google doesn't allow it I thought it fair to round it up to 4 stars+fantastic value+friendly+pick up and delivery of devices-slow service-unresponsiveEdit to respond to owner: I was told that there may be delays in the repair itself, however it still doesn't change the fact that your statement about Gunter arriving on time, even once, is a blatant lie... I even have our text correspondence to prove that he, at the very least, was running late during every single 2 hour window he himself had set, from pick up to delivery... Docking a star due to this response, very disappointed
